These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Dust Busters Cleaning provides residential and move-in/move-out cleaning services. Services are performed according to the package selected at the time of booking. Additional services or requests may result in additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or phone.

​

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

​

• We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments.

​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive no penalty.​

​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

• ​

• If our cleaner cannot access your property upon arrival, the full service amount may still be charged.

​

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours for a re-clean at no extra cost.
Refunds may be issued up to 40% of the total cost at management’s discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

5. Health & Safety

Our cleaners are independent contractors who maintain liability insurance and follow Dust Busters Cleaning’s quality standards.
We ask that customers remove valuables and declutter areas before cleaning to ensure safety and efficiency.

6. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. If damage occurs, report it within 24 hours of service completion.

Dust Busters Cleaning is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

​

• Items not secured or already unstable

​

• Damage resulting from improper installation of fixtures or equipment

​

7. Privacy & Data Use

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or booking system is used solely to provide and improve our services. (See our Privacy Policy for more.)

8. Right to Refuse Service

Dust Busters Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations that are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of our offerings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
