Refund Policy

At Dust Busters Cleaning, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure every client is 100% happy after every clean.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will schedule a re-clean to address any missed areas at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only when:

​

  • The re-clean option is declined or not possible

​

  • The service performed was not as described in your booking

​

  • A confirmed billing or scheduling error occurred

​

Refunds Are Not Available For

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service

​

  • Missed appointments where the cleaner could not access the property

​

  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., power outages, broken utilities, cluttered spaces)

​

  • Dissatisfaction reported after 48 hours of service completion

​

Partial Refunds

If a re-clean does not resolve the issue, Dust Busters Cleaning may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of the original total at management’s discretion.
