  • How do I book a cleaning?

You can book instantly through our Book Now button or by phone. Once you book, you’ll receive access to your customer portal to view jobs, reschedule, or update payment info.

  • What areas do you serve?

We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Richfield, and nearby Twin Cities areas.

​

  • Do I need to be home?

Nope! Just share entry instructions. All cleaners are insured and background-checked.

​

  • What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard = maintenance clean.


Deep = detailed service (baseboards, cabinet fronts, fridge, oven, etc.).

​

  • What’s your payment policy?

A 30% deposit is required to book. The balance is processed automatically after your cleaning.

​

  • What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment at no cost.
Less than 24 hours = $50 fee.

  • What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

Let us know within 24 hours — we’ll send a cleaner back or apply a partial credit.

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we provide all tools and eco-friendly products.

  • What are your hours?

Cleaning: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Sat, 9 AM–3 PM
Support: 7 days a week via portal, email, or phone.

  • Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes! Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options available.
